BlogWell it's no contest really. These two concepts are too different to compare.
Dont say: John is married with Mary if you mean that John and Mary are husband and wife. Many people make this mistake because they translate directly from their own language.
You must say: John is married TO Mary
Now, if you want to say:
John is married with three children,
well that's another story.
Seeya and have a really nice day,

married to,married with BECAUSE is the answer to WHY:
BECAUSE introduces a subordinate clause which is a complete sentence.
"Why didn't the children go to school today?"
"(They didn't go) because the weather was very bad"
BECAUSE OF is usually followed by a noun
"Why didn't the children go to school today?"
"(They didn't go) because of the very bad weather"

Both words mean "to pay for a service"
BILL is the word used to refer to payment in a restaurant:
"Excuse me, waiter, the meal was excellent. May I have the bill please."
FARE is the word used to refer to payment for a transport service:
"The air fare from Barcelona to London is actually cheaper than the train fare"
